We're so excited to announce our 2024 End of Year Showcase.
Our showcases are always a highlight for our Rise family members so we are so excited to share this night with you all!
Please invite all your friends and family to help celebrate our students talents and commitment so far this year!

The Entrance Leagues Club
Show 1:
Students arrive at 1:00pm
Doors open at 1:45pm
Show starts at 2:00pm

Students arrive at 5:00pm
Doors open at 5:45pm
Show starts at 6:00pm
Who Is Involved?
This showcase will include all singing, guitar & dance students.
​
Performing on stage is an important and loved aspect of your child's training and development with us here at Rise.
​
Whilst performing is not compulsory, we do encourage every child to at least perform in the group items in the show.
If your child is unable to attend the showcase please let us know via email immediately as this will affect our show logistics etc.
​
Once we receive participation RSVP's we will let you know which show your child will be in.
​
Rehearsals
As well as your child attending their regular weekly lessons, it is necessary for our students and staff to attend additional rehearsals in the lead up to our showcase.
​
These additional rehearsals are there to ensure that all students feel prepared and confident to perform.
These rehearsals are compulsory as students will be given stage positions for their group items on these days and will be the only opportunity to rehearse with the other students
in their items.
​
Full day rehearsals are charged at a discounted rate to be paid in cash on the day.
​
Rehearsal #1 will be run from our studio HQ in
The Entrance. 3/120 The Entrance Rd, The Entrance.
​
Rehearsal #2 will be run from our Woy Woy location.
3 Mutu Street, Woy Woy

Rehearsal dates are as follows:
Reh #1: SUNDAY 3RD NOVEMBER 10AM - 4PM
Reh #2: SUNDAY 10TH NOVEMBER 10AM - 4PM
(Our younger students may be given a shorter day schedule which will be released closer to the date)
Cost Involved
To make participation as affordable as possible we have combined all costs at a discounted rate.
For each student to participate in our showcase performance,
a fee of $80 is involved.

This includes:
2x Full day rehearsals with your regular teacher +
Studio Director
1x Full showcase video
Pizza party lunch at our 2nd rehearsal
1x Special show day treat
1x Participation certificate

Please note this is a flat rate and no further discounts will be applied for missed rehearsals etc.
Tickets
A highlight for our performers is always having a cheer squad there on the night!
We would love for you to bring as many friends & family members as you can.
Seating is set up in tables of 8 to allow audience members to order food and drinks from the club.

There is a flat rate for all ticket sales of $47.00
This includes children & concessions
Costumes
Vocal Soloists are required to have a dazzling outfit fit for the stage. Your teacher and our costume department carefully pick an outfit to suit your song, figure and age.
These outfits are hired at $40 for families convenience.
We take the frantic search out of the equation for you!
All costumes are submitted to our Studio Director for approval.
All other performers are to wear
their full Rise uniform.
This includes:
- Any style Rise Tee
- Full length PLAIN black leggings (for girls)
Black jeans (for boys)
- ALL Black shoes
- Hair is to be neatly styled & off the face
